The principal activities of the company include Real Estate Development, Property Trading and Strategic Real Estate Advisory Services. With intent on improving returns on asset employed by investment in real estate sector of emerging markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Builder

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The project builder must have strong experience in building & finishing projects. the individual would be in charge of overseeing the timely and profitable completion of our projects, manage the overall construction process of individual homes to ensure quality work (via scopes of work) variance analysis that the projects remains within the established budget, and that the projects is delivered on schedule and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Completing building projects on time and within budgets
• Organizing contractors including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters to carry out building tasks.
• Supervising contractors to ensure safety standards are maintained and works remain on schedule.
• Making sure that the project meets industry and government regulations as well as the clients’ requirements.
• Resolving design and development problems
• Arranging inspections of building work.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
• Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems;

Required Qualifications

• Must have a B.Eng/B.Tech or HND in Building Technology
• Experience: 6 – 8years
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
• Must be in good physical shape
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with level external and internal clients
• Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
• Detail oriented
